A family business that treats you like family.
Marzolf Brothers Construction was started in 1977 by brothers Roland and Wayne Marzolf. Working throughout the greater Bay Area, they focus on small to medium sized residential remodeling and light commercial work. With over 35 years of experience under his tool belt, Wayne oversees a small team of carpenters as well as outside service people (electricians, painters, etc.) and holds them to a high standard of excellence. As your contractor he will coordinate every phase of your project, maintaining an open channel of communication with you, the client. The crew is knowledgable, efficient, clean, and courteous. Our goal is not just to finish the job, but to go above and beyond your expectations and create a working relationship that will last for years to come.
Wayne Marzolf graduated with a degree in Business Management from SUNY at Buffalo and moved to California in 1975 with the intention of pursuing an MBA. After joining his brother on a construction crew he realized he enjoyed the challenge of on-site problem solving and the pride that came from building something with his own hands and seeing the direct result of this work.
